Shipping policy

All keepsake items will be completed within 6 weeks of ordering , provided that the items required have arrived with us within 2 weeks of ordering. Any delay in this process may delay the creation of your keepsake.

All keepsake items are dispatched with Yodel to the UK and with An Post to the RoI and should be delivered within 5 working days. The tracking details will be sent via email. We are unable to take responsibility for any items once they have been dispatched.
