I've placed an order, what now?

Once you have placed your order, take your time to select the items of clothing you wish to be included in your keepsake teddy or quilt.

Make sure to include enough items of clothing, the number required is detailed in each listing.

Once your order is complete, an email will be sent to you with the address to which you need to send your items. Pack them up securely and send the package from your local post office or using a local store-to-door service eg Ervi / Yodel.

How long do the bears take to make?

Once your items of clothing are received, I will confirm I have them. The turnaround time on keepsake items is 3-4 weeks from when I receive the clothes. Should you require your item for a specific time, please let me know and I will do my best to get it to you for then if possible.

What if I don't send enough items?

Please make sure to read the items description and send the minimum amount of items required.

If I don't have enough, I can usually make up what I need from the scraps with patchwork. If, however, I require more items I will be in touch to discuss this.

I've changed my mind, can I change my order?

If you change your mind on what particular style of teddy / quilt you like, you can of course change this provided I have not yet started your item. Please email me to discuss this asap.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds can be arranged provided your order has not been started. Please let me know via email asap.

If your items have already been sent to me, I can refund the cost of the order but not the cost incurred for posting your items to me or back to you again. The cost of posting your items back will be deducted from the refunded total.
